Integration function in certain provisions of the Russian penal enforcement law

Abstract

Relevance. General legal and inter-branch spheres of regulation and protection of legal relations of citizens, interests of the state and society are reflected in the substantive and procedural legislation of the Russian Federation. The material is based on the consideration of the functions of the criminal-executive law of Russia.

The purpose of the study is to consider the integration function of the criminal-executive law of Russia through the prism of regulation of other relations of legal protection. The objectives of the work are based on the clarification of the scientific research nature of the legal regulation of related legal relations protected by the norms of the branch of law in the field of execution of criminal penalties. The methodological basis is the generalization, systematization of individual provisions underlying the author's results.

Conclusions. The formulated conclusions of the study indicate the theoretical importance of the institute of functions of the domestic law of the Russian Federation at the present stage, can be traced in its universality as a means of increasing the effectiveness of legal regulation of related aspects of legal protection.
