Information For Librarians
The editorial board invites libraries to include this journal in their online catalogs and databases of accessible periodicals. The journal operates on the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform and adheres to integration standards compatible with modern library information systems.
Open Access Policy and Licensing
All journal materials are published in an open access format and distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) open license. Libraries have the unconditional right to copy, store, distribute, and integrate full-text versions of articles into their repositories without prior permission from the editorial board or authors, provided that the authorship and original publication source are indicated.
Metadata Collection
The publication platform supports automated export and collection of bibliographic data. The metadata for all publications is structured in international formats and is available for automatic collection by search engines and library aggregators using the OAI-PMH (Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting).
Supported formats: oai_dc (Dublin Core), marcxml, rfc1807, oai_marc
Metadata is presented in two languages: Russian and English.
Digital Archiving
To ensure the long-term preservation of our scientific heritage and uninterrupted access to publications in the event of technical failures, the journal utilizes distributed digital archiving systems. The platform supports integration with the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS networks, allowing participating libraries to create local, decentralized archives for long-term data preservation and recovery.
Machine Readability
The journal's website is optimized for automatic text and data mining (TDM). Bibliographic lists are properly annotated for accurate machine processing and transfer to independent scientometric databases.
